How do returns work?

We accept returns/refunds within a 30 day period of purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out! Certain items (such as polymer clay charms) have special cases, as the first batch is a test run, so be sure to check listings for extra information. We are not responsible for items that may break after purchase unless stated otherwise, but if there are issues with shipping, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we do not. This is something that we are working on figuring out, as costs for shipping will be much higher as well as the risk of lost or damaged packages.

If you are willing to pay extra for shipping and really want a product, feel free to contact us and we will see what can be done for your specific case. Costs may be very high for shipping.

What is possible for custom orders?

For custom orders, we offer custom leather journal covers with custom foiling designs, custom colors (which will be ordered on demand), and custom charms. We also do custom journal charms on their own, perhaps in custom shapes or with different foiling. It is also possible to custom order journal inserts with custom artwork on the covers, more like a traditional commission.

Cost will be paid up front with alterations able to be made throughout the process.

How are your stickers and prints made?

Everything is currently self printed by me! The designs themselves are almost all originally derived from watercolor paintings of mine, where I scan them in and digitize them, and then turn them into stickers and other stationery goods.

Do you do any other custom work?

I’m not super comfortable with traditional commissioned work, in all honesty. I feel as if my skills are not at the point where I can comfortably create to others’ expectations. However, if you are willing to forego perfection and allow me to be human and make some mistakes, I am open to other types of custom work. Just reach out! 

How soon will my package be shipped?

Since I am a full time student, during the school year shipping may be a bit slower. The post office is nearby, however, so the main issue will likely be packaging everything up for mailing. Give me some time, I will try my best to get your order to you as soon as I can!

What's up with the polymer clay charms?

The first batch of these charms, uploaded individually, are from the testing stage of this product. They are more likely to break, because of this. If you have one and it breaks within a week of arriving, I’ll send you a new version using the things I’ve learned along the way making the prototypes that should last longer for only the price of shipping. I appreciate every order of these and the trust you put in me to do so. When I sell out of a specific design from the prototype phase, I’ll upload a made on demand version where I will attempt to replicate the design as close as possible to my original design and make them to order instead, with the new techniques that should mean they are more durable. All of the charms listed as one of a kind will be from the testing phase unless stated otherwise.
